General
GlamifyAR is an innovative AR-based eCommerce platform that allows you to virtually try on caps, goggles, and t-shirts using augmented reality technology before making a purchase. Our AI-powered system uses your device's camera to show you how products will look on you in real-time.
Our AR Try-On uses advanced face detection and body tracking technology. Simply allow camera access, select a product, and see it overlaid on your live camera feed. For caps and goggles, we track your face; for t-shirts, we track your upper body.
Yes! The AR Try-On feature is completely free to use. You can try on as many products as you like before deciding to purchase.
AR Try-On works on any device with a camera and a modern web browser. This includes smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers with webcams. For the best experience, we recommend using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
Orders & Shipping
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applied. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our services to other countries soon. Stay tuned!
You can change your shipping address only if the order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our support team immediately at support@glamifyar.com with your order details.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Some items like innerwear and customized products are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, log into your account, go to "My Orders", select the order, and click "Request Return". Our team will review your request and send you a return shipping label if approved.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Yes, exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
Payment
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Wallets.
Absolutely! We use Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, to process all transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Currently, we only support online payments through Razorpay. We're working on adding COD option soon.
Account
Click on "Sign Up" in the top navigation, fill in your details, and verify your email address. You can also checkout as a guest, but creating an account gives you access to order tracking, wishlists, and faster checkout.
Click on "Login" and then "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
Log into your account and go to "My Profile" to update your personal information, password, and saved addresses.
